Quality Policy

We, at Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd, develop & implement a Quality Management System to ensure the following.

  • Provide our customers with services of outstanding quality, consistent with customer requirements, applicable legal & regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka in the execution of construction projects and in the manufacture of Ready Mix Concrete with the aim of fulfilling customer satisfaction. To achieve sustained success, we strive to exceed our customer expectations in the execution of our business activities.

We, at Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd, engage in the execution of Construction projects & in the manufacture of Ready MixConcrete, develop & implement Occupational Health & Safety Management System to ensure the following.

  • Provide Safe & Healthy working conditions in our work environment for the prevention of work-related injury & ill health, which are appropriate to the specific nature of OH&S risks to which employees & others are exposed.
  • Full commitments of all employees to the implementation of the Occupational Health &Safety Management System.

We are committed to the following,

  • To comply with and satisfy all applicable legal & regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka in the area of operation.
  • To eliminate hazards & reduce OH&S risks.
  • To measure the achievement of the continual improvement by setting up & monitoring OH&S objectives & targets for OH&S performance indicators.
  • To consultation with and participation of workers, and where they exist, workers’ representatives in the decision-making processes.

  • Full commitments of all employees to the implementation of the Environmental Management System.

We are committed to the following
  1. To prevent environmental pollution.
  2. Minimize the environmental impact, for the life cycle (including disposal) of all plant, equipment,and other physical assets under our control.
  3. To comply with and satisfy all applicable legal & regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka in the area of operation.
  4. To measure the achievement of the continual improvement by setting up & monitoring EMS objectives & targets for EMS performance indicators.
