504 Housing units at Paliyagoda – (Phase – 01)

The Urban Development Authority (UDA) has commenced a program to construct middle-class housing complexes with an aim to enable youths to purchase their dream houses. Approximately 5000 houses will be built for middle-class families under this Government development project. The houses will be constructed in the Colombo, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Peliyagoda, Kottawa, Pannipitiya, and Malabe areas. Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd is the Design & Build Contractor for 504 Housing units at Paliyagoda. The Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on the 07th of January 2021.
