Groundbreaking Ceremony for Luxury Apartment Building at 77, Horton Place, Colombo 07
The groundbreaking ceremony of above project was held on 20th August 2026, to commence construction of an 08 Unit Apartment building at 77, Horton Place, Colombo 07. This important event marked the beginning of the construction process for this new project.
The ceremony was attended by Eng. Susil Rodrigo (Chief Operating Officer) and Eng. H.A.D.J. Sirimal (Assistant General Manager – Projects) who represented the construction partner, Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd. Sanken Construction will oversee the construction of the new facility, bringing its expertise and commitment to quality to the project.
