Mireka Seascape Commences Main Building Construction, Appoints Sanken Construction as Main Contractor
The groundbreaking ceremony of above luxury residential development project was held on 15th October 2026, to mark the commencement of main building construction at Mireka Seascape, Dodanduwa, in southern coastal belt in Galle District. Sanken Construction is the main contractor for the project.
The ceremony was attended by Eng. Susil Rodrigo (Chief Operating Officer), Ms. Sarojani Karunarathne (Deputy General Manager – Estimation & Tendering), Mr. Saman Pushpa Kumara (Assistant General Manager – Projects) and a few staff members representing Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd. They were joined by Dr. Ranee Jayamaha (Chairperson) Mr. Pravir Samarasinghe (Group CEO), Mr. Ralph de Lanarolle (Director) together with several other officials of Mireka Seascape (Pvt) Ltd.
Sanken Construction being the main contractor, marks an important milestone in maintaining high construction standards and bringing the vision of Mireka Seascape to reality.
