Signing of Agreement & Groundbreaking Ceremony – Proposed Apartment Complex by Prime Land Residencies “The Colombo Border – Block B”

On 5th November 2024, Sanken Construction and Prime Land Residencies signed the agreement for the Construction of Proposed Apartment Complex “The Colombo Border – Block B”. Managing Director Eng.Maj. Ranjith Gunatilleke, Chief Operating Officer – Eng. Susil Rodrigo from Sanken Construction, along with Chairperson Ms. Sandamini Perera & Executive Director Mr. Premalal Brahmanage participated for this event from Prime Land Residencies.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on 7th November 2024, marking the commencement of construction. This project located at Kelaniya near the Colombo’s border is designed to offer modern, high-quality living spaces with advanced amenities. The ceremony was graced by esteemed participants, including our company COO – Eng. Susil Rodrigo, DGM (Estimation & Tendering) – Ms. Sarojani Karunaratne, Project Manager – Mr. H.A.B. Hettiarachchi and Managing Director (San Pilling) – Mr. Arjuna Gunathilake along with the Prime Land Residencies General Manager Engineering – Mr. Shaminda Hewapathirana and Chief Quantity Surveyor – Mr. Isuru Udana. The event showcased the shared commitment of both companies to delivering excellence in construction of urban housing.
